I have tested BuildGDX for around 10 minutes and i really like it a lot! I'm using it mostly for the game Blood ofcourse.

I have used BloodGDX in the past because i liked the extra voxel models it added thanks to the included .zip file, however BuildGDX doesn't have that and that REALLY bothers me!

So... Whatever happended to that .zip file?

i seem to be having an with BloodGDX. it won't save my controller setup. it just goes blank each time i restart a new game. hopefully this goes through. last time i tried to post this, my internet was going all over the place

Hi !

I really really looked forward to BloodGDX but it still does not work well in fullscreen on linux (thought java should be cross platform). I do not see why would anybody download multilauncher which is much bigger this way. Not only this but you now included even java for windows. You can include java for windows and maybe make separate version for windows and separate version for linux ? I really liked so much blood GDX but it's just not going the way it used to be.

I am not just criticizing I really liked this project but it's starting to be something else. Please go back to the previous idea and work on things which are really very necessary for all. If someone on windows does not like to install java there is always portable java you need only to write batch to run the jar is all and it is not really all that matters.

In bloodGDX we need to have graphics more stable on linux and (if everything is finished) graphics in higher resolution even command line arguments.

Multilauncher is not bigger...archive is bigger, because it's include JRE. Now I made two archives - with JRE and without: BuildGDX without JRE

Now about graphics:

I have two UMPC's: Gigabyte U60 and OQO Model 02. Both have a same videocards: Via s3g unichrome pro II igp, both have installed JRE7 and WinXP. On U60 I can use fullscreen mode, but OQO just crashing when I tring to switch to fullscreen. So, the same for Linux - I tested fullscreen mode on Linuxes and it's working...so I don't know why fullscreen mode doesn't works on your PC, but maybe you have such problem like my OQO.

Btw, OpenGL part wrote on native C++, so it's not crossplatform, but compiled for Windows, Linux and MacOS.

In future I want to make JOGL driver instead of LWJGL...maybe it will help you.

Many thanks for the project. I represent a group of Blood Players from eastern europe, we would like to kindly ask for the following coop features: weapon and ammo stay for every player when a next level start (at this moment this seems to be random, some Players start with no weapon after finishing a level, ammo in Blood is scarce so this is a big issue in coop), keys stay on map flag, ammo is shared between the Players when picked up by one Player or everyone gets ammo when any Player picks it.

I never noticed a bug which you describe.

What version are you have? All players have similar version of BloodGDX?

Did you try to compare with 0.799 and 0.950 versions? Has this bug both versions or only newer?

Здравствуйте. Огромное спасибо за проект. Есть вопрос по BuildGDX, а конкретно - по его конфигурационному файлу. При запуске BuildGDX.jar и выбора в нём пункта BloodGDX настройки (разрешение экрана, оконный/полноэкранный режим, миди и звуковые устройства и т.д.) приходится вбивать вручную. Хотелось бы узнать формат и расположение конфигурационного файла, чтоб вписать в него эти параметры. Спасибо за внимание.

Вручную, это всмысле выставлять все настройки по-новой? Эти же настройки можно изменить в самой игре. Другой вопрос, раз настройки не сохраняются, то конфигурационного файла нет, и искать его безполезно. 

Если jar файл лежит в папке с игрой, то и файл настроек должен быть там...если запускаешь порт из другой папки, то все настройки сохраняются в папке "username"/M210 Projects/PortName/

PortName это например BloodGDX. 

Эту папку можно открыть из настроек лаунчера, кнопка open folder...

Then download it again...it's there. Launcher has a three buttons - Blood, Wh and Tekwar

Yes, after launching BuildGDX.exe in Windows 10 a prompt is shown asking for the installation of Net Framework 3.5 optional windows feature, witch I would rather not have to install...
