Good job with the BloodCM, no doubt about that, but TekWar, really? Why not Witchaven, or maybe something obscure, but fun, like Last Rites. Maybe Alien Trilogy. Soo many good games without modern ports.

Because I need to increase my experience with Build Engine and make my own renderer. I choosed Tekwar for that, and also Tekwar has more special sectors than Witchaven, therefore I can fix more features of my ported Build Engine...and I already fixed some (for example hitscan method didn't works properly after porting) At future I want to make a Blood port

It looks very promising and I'd like to play it, but unfortunately I can't. I'm getting an error message "couldn't fetch valid vp file" or something like that. It's kinda running but about the lower left quarter of the screen is just black. The menu and loading screen is kinda incomplete, a few letters are missing. 

Is there a possibility to pack everything in a grp file and a single con file, like other total conversions?

Are you mean BloodCM? I don't know, what is a vp-file

I think it's possible to pack a BloodCM to one GRP...maybe I will do it later.

Yes, I was talking about BloodCM. Sorry, forgot to mention. I haven't tried the latest eduke32 yet, because I can't save my progress or settings in the latest version, but I tried something else. Everything is displayed correctly when I'm playing in software mode, but for some other reason the framerate drops to single digits in software mode. Strangely the framerate is ok in polymost or polymer.

Hello, for some reason I cannot execute the game. I execute the launcher and then it executes eduke32, but it won't launch the game :(.

Hi everyone!

First of all, i'd like to thank you for your awesome work on BloodCM. I've been waiting for a proper port for ages and this is the best one out there so far ! keep it up bro 

now i would like to point out some major things that need to be prioritized in fixing IMO:

1. Zombies are quite buggy. Their sprites seem too small (especially on wide screen) and their animations are kinda off (for example when they come to life from underground)


2. Enemies are invulnerable until they see you. You can't clear a room full of cultists with a dynamite bouncing off the wall.


3. Gibs and Explosions: In BloodCM enemies are gibbed instantly when they die from an explosion. In original Blood they were pushed out of the explosion area - and if they flew high enough, they were gibbed when they hit the floor. (My favorite thing about Blood  ) Fixing this could be tricky tho.


4. This one isn't really that important but still worth mentioning: Falling from greater heights will make you stop and look down for a moment just like in DN3D. There's no such thing in Blood.

 Keep up the good work ! Can't wait to dive into mapping

Is there any way I can get this to work with the steam version? 
I changed the launcher name to dosbox like Ive been doing for other games I used source ports with, and the game entirely broke down and the menu was a bunch of weird textures and didnt let me select anything.
What can I do to make this one the version of Blood that steam launches?

Also this is a perfect source port, I LOVE it.
my only complaint is that the Dynamite (one of my favorites in the whole game), doesn't feel as satisfying to use as the one in the original dos version. I think it's because it drops and explodes way too fast. Try lowering the speed of that somehow.
besides that, you did an amazing job, it's a near perfect source port thank frickin GOD someone finally did it!

I written BloodCM as con script in eduke32, therefore you can get everything you need from "BloodCM\BloodCM\blcons\" folder.

For example lighteffector.con, open this file to notepad. You can see light sprite initialization and more other
